Business Loan

Money that arrives while the opportunity is still open.

Most business borrowing fails on timing, not on merit. A supplier wants payment in a fortnight; a sanction takes six weeks. We keep files ready-to-move and place them with lenders whose credit policy already fits your numbers.

What you get

Secured, unsecured, and the honest difference

Unsecured money is faster and costs more. Secured money is cheaper and slower. Above roughly ₹25–50 lakh most lenders will want security unless a guarantee scheme such as CGTMSE is doing that job for you.

  • Working capital limits, overdrafts and cash credit for day-to-day flow
  • Term loans for machinery, expansion and fit-out, repaid over the asset’s life
  • Unsecured options for established businesses with strong banking
  • Collateral-free routes via CGTMSE and, for smaller needs, MUDRA
  • Proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs and companies all eligible
  • Structuring that matches repayment to your actual cash-flow cycle

  • Secured & unsecured options

Is this the right loan for you?

Match the borrowing to the need, not the other way round

A working capital line and a term loan solve different problems. Using the wrong one is how businesses end up repaying a five-year loan for a three-month cash gap.

A good fit if

  • Your business has been trading at least a year, ideally two to three
  • You have Udyam registration, GST filings and clean bank statements
  • You need working capital for stock, receivables or a payroll gap
  • You are buying equipment, expanding premises or opening a location
  • Your books are current and your ITRs are filed on time

Worth a rethink if

  • You are pre-revenue, a business loan is not the right instrument yet
  • The gap is structural rather than temporary; more debt would deepen it
  • GST or ITR filings are behind, which almost always stops a file
  • You would be borrowing short-term money to fund a long-term asset
What you’ll need

Documentation requirements

Have these ready and we can put a complete file in front of a lender the same week. Missing documents are the single most common reason a good application stalls.

Identity & address

  • PAN and Aadhaar of proprietors/partners/directors
  • Business address proof
  • Business registration certificate
  • Udyam registration certificate

Income

  • Last 2–3 years’ ITR with computation
  • Audited financials or CA-certified statements
  • Last 6–12 months’ bank statements
  • GST returns for the last 4 quarters

Business

  • Partnership deed / MOA and AOA
  • Existing loan sanction letters
  • Debtor and creditor ageing, if seeking working capital
  • Quotation or proforma invoice, if buying an asset
Where we add value

We read your numbers the way a credit officer will

The same balance sheet reads differently to different lenders. Knowing which one weighs turnover over profit, or banking conduct over vintage, is most of the job.

Positioning

We present the file, not just submit it

A covering note that pre-empts the credit officer’s questions is worth more than another application.

Scheme fit

Guarantee schemes where they apply

If CGTMSE can replace collateral you do not have, that changes the whole conversation.

Speed

Ready before you need it

We keep your documentation current so a live opportunity does not wait on a bank statement.

Questions borrowers actually ask

Business borrowing, answered honestly

How much turnover do I need?+
As a working figure, expect a minimum of about ₹60 lakh a year, with two to three years of trading behind it. Vintage and banking conduct usually matter more than the headline turnover figure.
Do I really need Udyam registration?+
For practical purposes, yes. It is free, takes minutes, and is effectively compulsory for government-backed schemes including CGTMSE and MUDRA. Several mainstream lenders now ask for it as standard.
Can I get a business loan without collateral?+
Yes, through three routes: an unsecured loan against your banking and financials, a CGTMSE-guaranteed loan where the government guarantee substitutes for security, or MUDRA for smaller amounts. The trade-off is a higher rate or a guarantee fee.
Working capital or term loan?+
Working capital funds the cycle, stock, receivables, payroll, and revolves. A term loan funds an asset and amortises over its life. Funding a machine from an overdraft, or a cash gap from a five-year loan, is the classic and expensive mistake.
Will a rejection hurt my credit?+
Each formal application creates a hard enquiry, and several in quick succession do read poorly. That is precisely why we assess fit before applying rather than sending your file everywhere at once.
How fast can funds arrive?+
An unsecured loan on a complete file can be sanctioned in about a week. Secured and CGTMSE-backed facilities take longer because of valuation, legal work and scheme formalities, realistically three to six weeks.
