1. Our role

Finnect Capital Private Limited is an authorized corporate Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and referral / distribution partner empanelled with various Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulated Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We are not a bank, NBFC, lender or deposit-taking institution, and we do not carry on any lending business of our own.

2. What this means for you

• We do not sanction or approve loans, the lender does, after its own assessment.
• We do not disburse funds or hold your money at any stage.
• We do not collect EMIs, deposits or repayments.
• We do not set interest rates, fees, eligibility or credit limits; these are determined solely by the lender.
• All credit decisions are made independently by the partner Bank/NBFC after their own verification and policy checks.

3. What we actually do

We help you compare options across our empanelled lenders, explain the terms in plain language, assist you in assembling and submitting your application accurately, and stay with your file until the lender reaches a decision. Our aim is to help you find a suitable loan, the final product is always provided by the lender.

4. How we are compensated

Finnect Capital is remunerated by its partner lenders for successful referrals, in accordance with the applicable DSA arrangement. We do not levy hidden charges. Any service fee payable by you, if applicable, will be disclosed to you transparently and in writing before you proceed.

5. Protect yourself from fraud

Finnect Capital will never ask you to transfer "processing money", advance fees or deposits into any personal bank account, wallet or UPI ID, and will never ask for your OTP, card PIN or net-banking password. Genuine communication comes only from our listed phone number and email. If you receive any such request in Finnect Capital's name, please do not act on it and report it to our Grievance Officer.

6. About our lender panel

The list of Banks and NBFCs we work with is indicative and may change from time to time. The names or logos of any lender shown on this website are used only to indicate an empanelment or working relationship and do not imply that the lender endorses, verifies or is responsible for the content of this website.
