Submitting false, forged, or deliberately misleading documentation may result in immediate termination of service and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3. Authorization to Share Documentation

By uploading your documents, you grant Finnect Capital Private Limited an explicit, voluntary mandate to share, forward, and transmit your data, credit applications, and files to our partner RBI-regulated Banks and NBFCs for the limited purpose of evaluating and processing your financial requests.

4. Credit Bureau (CIBIL) Report Mandate

You explicitly authorize the Company and its partner financial institutions to pull, fetch, and analyze your credit score and credit history statement from authorized credit bureaus (such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF High Mark) to evaluate your eligibility framework.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The brand name 'Finnect Capital', the unique custom '1F' graphic monogram logo, layout designs, text content, calculators, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of Finnect Capital Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, web scraping, or commercially exploiting our visual or textual assets without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Indemnification & Governing Law

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, operational liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
